Fixed flow conditioner:Composed of the enclosure,flow conditioner tube bundle which is made up of 19 nosy of flow conditioning tubes and pressure ring,structure size is complied with national standards 19 tube bundle is molded on-time welding by using fixture positioning to ensure the accurate location of each flow conditioning tube and the performance of crators to symmetrical,orderly,smooth and firm.

1,To eliminate the disturbance on  flow status from flow blocking pieces at upstream, adjust the gas flow status in the pipes, cut down the length of straight pipes and increase  the measuring precision.

2,Design as per the requirements of SY/T6143-2004 and ISO5167-1,2 (Version 2000).

3,Flow conditioner is made up of enclosure and 19 flow conditioner tubes,  the inner tube is chamfered. The tubes are made of stainless steel and welded through special tools, the welding precision is very high.
